3 out of 4 people in Sweden do not know how a drowning looks like and many has contrary believes about it - waving arms and big movements.


A drowning is actually both quiet and hard to catch by the eye. To spark awareness and talk about the common visual signs of drowning, we interpreted the signs into a dance.

Together with Hank Berggren/Melt we made a pop song and together with Swedish artist and TikTok influencer Theoz, we interpreted the signs into dance moves. The result is an educational dance released on TikTok. To spread the dance we urged people to create their own TikTok dance. Learn the dance and you learn the common signs of a drowning - together we can save more lives.
